Absolutely the best realtor I have worked with! I cannot say enough good things about Susan Zech when she helped me to sell my late mother’s home as an estate sale in Shoreline last year. She is a true professional and she knows every aspect of her work from top to bottom, which was especially helpful for someone living out of state.
Starting with our first meeting at the house, Susan looked over the house and made good suggestions on repairs and improvements needed to get the house ready to sell at the best price as soon as possible. She was very knowledgeable of what improvements/repairs would improve the value of the home and what wouldn’t. We then agreed upon a realistic date when the house would likely go on the market and what would be a good asking price, hoping with the current market that we would get bids over asking price.
Right away, Susan really showed me how good she really is. She utilized multiple contacts to facilitate the repairs and services required get the house on the market. These services ranged from water heater replacement, plumbing repairs, painting the entire inside of the house, cleaning inside and outside of the house, sewer & full house inspections and staging the house prior to sale. I was given straight forward quotes for the work to be done from each contractor. I was able to review the quotes and ask questions prior to the work to be done. This was all done in a timely manner and coordinated incredibly well by Susan so we could meet our goal of the listing date we agreed upon.
The staging of the house and listing pictures made my mother’s home look fantastic. The open houses were very smooth and I received multiple over asking price offers in less than a week. Closing was also very easy. I am extremely happy with the entire process, thanks to Susan Zech!
